Qualifications
- 6+ years of management experience in DevOps or Software Development
- 5-15 years in a DevOps role, including performance tuning and upgrades
- 3 years with Dockers or similar, 2 years with Kubernetes or similar
- Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, Newrelic)
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of platform deployment and technical operations
- Manage global DevOps team, assigning and monitoring tasks
- Hire and grow DevOps talent
- Lead, plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions
- Collaborate with customers for platform deployment and support
- Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals
- Develop and deploy automation for platform management
- Analyze and approve code and configuration changes
