Senior DevOps Software Engineer – CI/CD Platform (H/F)

Job summary

Design and develop a global CI/CD Factory that supports a SaaS procurement platform, serving more than 200 engineers and enabling continuous delivery to thousands of customer environments. Help build a Kubernetes-based architecture using GitHub Actions and Vault, maintain existing SVN, Microsoft, C#/.NET, and SQL Server environments, and improve DevOps practices through AI-assisted development with code LLMs such as Claude Code.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps experience in SaaS environments supporting high-traffic enterprise web applications.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and large-scale deployment practices, including high availability, scalability, and distributed systems.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Octopus, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, and in automation practices.
• Ideally, software development experience with C#/.NET, database management skills with SQL Server or PostgreSQL, and a strong understanding of software architecture.
• Practical Linux and Windows administration knowledge.
• Experience operating and supporting critical production systems, with a focus on reliability and troubleshooting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CI/CD platforms and automation tools for a global engineering organization.
• Contribute to the target architecture using Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Vault, and Linux.
• Improve the reliability, extensibility, security, and ongoing operation of a production-critical platform.
• Operate and maintain existing SVN, Microsoft, C#/.NET, and SQL Server environments while building the target architecture.
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic coding practices to improve DevOps development.
