Job summary

The Senior DevOps Software & Specification Engineer role focuses on the operation, maintenance, and development of the Requirements-Management platform Polarion ALM, while implementing a modern Specification-as-Code approach. Key responsibilities include developing CI/CD pipelines, utilizing AI-supported tools for development and testing, and collaborating with various stakeholders across approximately 100 delivery teams to enhance software development processes.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• Proficient in German and English
• Experience in operating and developing critical applications and platforms
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular, REST-APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with enterprise landscapes, ideally with Polarion ALM, Groovy, or similar technologies

• Operate, maintain, and develop Requirements-Management platforms
• Manage the Requirements-Management tool Polarion
• Implement a modern Requirements-as-Code solution with Spec-Driven-Development
• Develop and operate solutions, integrations, and automations along the Software Delivery Lifecycle
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines and AI-supported tools for development, analysis, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders
