Job summary
Build and operate an AI-first developer platform for a regulated financial services environment, improving engineering productivity, security, quality, and delivery. Develop production software and agentic workflows that automate toolchain tasks, create developer products, and make pipelines and infrastructure observable. Apply test-first engineering, infrastructure as code, and continuous delivery while working with delivery teams to measure outcomes and refine the platform.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated, sustained test-first practice using TDD and BDD.
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps and team-owned pipelines.
- Experience with trunk-based development and short-lived branches.
- Experience pairing and sharing engineering capability.
- Experience defining, reviewing, and testing infrastructure as code.
- Practical observability experience across monitoring, telemetry, logging, and tracing.
- Experience improving delivery performance toward elite DORA metrics.
- An AI-first mindset and interest in Claude, GitHub Copilot, and agentic tools.
- Experience or genuine interest in CI/CD platforms, patterns, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and harden production software and developer platform products.
- Develop agents to automate toolchain work, pipeline upgrades, scanner triage, and credential rotation.
- Design controls for autonomous agents, including identity, access scope, auditability, and safeguards.
- Create self-service dashboards, MCP servers, and developer tooling based on customer needs.
- Make secure, reliable delivery paths the default in existing pipelines.
- Use test-first practices for applications, pipelines, infrastructure, and agent workflows.
- Apply continuous delivery practices across code, platforms, and products.
- Instrument platforms and pipelines with monitoring, telemetry, logging, and tracing.
- Work directly with delivery teams and use customer findings to inform the roadmap.
- Operate the platform with zero-downtime practices and tested, code-defined changes.
