Arctic Shores is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to provide technical guidance and leadership in securing and scaling their platform.

Qualifications

• hands-on AWS experience with production estate
• comfortable with EKS, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch
• use Terraform as primary IaC tool
• understand CI/CD security
• real ISO 27001 exposure
• experience with Cyber Essentials certification
• comfortable with SSO and identity management
• self-directed with competing priorities
• embed security in processes
• curious about AI applications

Responsibilities

• Own AWS infrastructure
• Maintain network and security boundaries
• Manage Okta SSO integration
• Ensure CI/CD toolchain security
• Oversee platform security controls
• Run observability and monitoring platforms
• Optimize AWS infrastructure
• Support security-first design and architecture
• Automate operational tasks
• Act as contact for infrastructure queries
