Job summary

Mapfre is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer specializing in Automation and DevOps to ensure high availability and optimal performance of Cloud environments, primarily focusing on Azure for the migration of 19 countries in LATAM.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in GitHub, Jenkins, Azure, Ansible, Terraform, and AIOps
• High-level expertise in Azure in enterprise environments
• Experience in designing and operating cloud services
• Practical knowledge of automation
• Interest and experience in AIOps
• Expertise in managing and maintaining Jenkins
• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end operation of automations and CI/CD environments
• Manage and evolve the Jenkins platform
• Administer GitHub at the corporate level
• Define and maintain the operational model
• Manage changes, patches, and upgrades
• Ensure integration with corporate services
• Drive automation (IaC and scripting)
• Define standards and guardrails for pipelines
• Support development teams
• Measure and report KPIs
