Job summary
Ana*** is seeking a Senior Engineer for Software Support Engineering with a focus on DevOps. The role involves contributing to the software development lifecycle, troubleshooting, and supporting teams in adopting new technologies and workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Electrical Engineering or closely related technical discipline
- Two (2) years of experience as a DevOps engineer or related occupation streamlining build and release activities through automation and providing support for DevOps tools
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Support, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems in code and in the environment
- Conduct root cause analyses and incident postmortems
- Help teams in migrating to newer technologies
- Create standard workflows that teams can implement/automate
- Support and train teams in migrating and adopting GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Create workflows for helm packaging and manifests development for Kubernetes management and deployments
- Setup monitoring with incident reporting using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Collaborate with domain experts across Infrastructure & Security
