Job summary

The Senior Forward Deployed Platform Engineer role is essential for maintaining the reliability and performance of AI solutions in a healthcare environment. • Experience with AWS (CloudFormation, IAM, ECR, SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS, KMS)
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) in production
• Experience deploying SageMaker models
• Familiarity with observability & LLMOps best practices
• Proficiency in Python, specifically with FastAPI
• Knowledge of setting up ML/LLM GPU inference on EKS
• Ability to own technical decisions and collaborate directly with other teams
• Troubleshooting, RCA, and resolving problems
• Preference for writing over talking
