Job summary
Build and evolve frontend platforms, tools, and frameworks that help engineers deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences. The role addresses foundational React and React Native challenges, develops reusable cross-platform components, sets technical standards and roadmap, and mentors engineers. Key initiatives include a shared design system, moving the website to Next.js server-side rendering, completing the React Native migration, and adopting AI-assisted development workflows.

Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks, especially React, and component-driven design.
- React Native development experience.
- Expertise in multiple areas of the listed technology stack.
- Experience building reusable frontend libraries.
- Experience managing large-scale technology upgrades across a codebase.
- Experience defining organization-wide technical standards.
- Experience coaching junior developers.
- Strong practices in automated testing, code quality, and engineering standards.
- Focus on observability, monitoring, and logging.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical problems in web and React Native clients.
- Set, communicate, and teach technical standards across the organization.
- Build code that works across web and React Native.
- Define the team’s technical roadmap and vision.
- Support and mentor engineers in Barcelona on client platform topics.
- Represent the team in cross-functional forums and gather roadmap feedback.
- Coach junior engineers.
