Job summary

The Senior Identity Infrastructure Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the identity infrastructure that supports Identity and Access Management (IDAM) services. Responsibilities include administering Active Directory, managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and providing L2/L3 support for identity-related incidents, while also driving automation and security improvements across the identity estate.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience administering enterprise Active Directory environments
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Entra Connect / Cloud Sync, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Okta, BeyondTrust

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Active Directory forests, domains, and domain controllers
• Manage Active Directory Sites and Services, replication topology, trusts, and directory services infrastructure
• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
• Support Microsoft Entra Connect and hybrid identity infrastructure
• Provide L2/L3 support for identity-related incidents and service requests
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for identity infrastructure administration
