Job summary
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure while providing technical support to employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or 5+ years of experience in IT engineering and administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- Collaborate with internal teams on IT projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide End User Support for JDP issued hardware and software
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
- Administer datacenter and cloud environments
