Job summary

Axians is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support infrastructure operations and troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant infrastructure support experience.
• Proven background working within enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting business-critical production services with high availability requirements.
• Strong experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of enterprise storage concepts and technologies.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based operational environments and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day infrastructure operations.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and underlying technical problems.
• Perform lifecycle management activities, including patching and upgrades.
• Support service continuity, availability, and resilience initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple platforms.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.
