Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering infrastructure projects across Microsoft Azure, identity management and core infrastructure technologies
• Acting as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, evaluation and implementation support for new and existing solutions
• Supporting third-line incidents and contributing to major incident resolution when required
• Taking ownership of technical changes, ensuring effective planning, delivery, documentation and knowledge transfer to operational support teams
• Managing and supporting Windows Server, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes
