• Understanding of security products and services
• Experience with Dell and Netapp hardware including traditional 3-tier and HCI
• Storage and Backup Management using SAN/NAS technologies
• Familiarity with web-based technologies like IIS, .Net, and Microservices
• Administration of Active Directory and related services
• Experience with load balancing technology using Citrix Netscalers
• Knowledge of Windows Clustering

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and optimisation of infrastructure solutions ensuring reliability and security.
• Act as senior technical authority providing 3rd line support and resolving complex incidents.
• Drive infrastructure projects from scoping to implementation, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities including vulnerability management and disaster recovery testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to standardise services and support strategic initiatives.
• Promote best practices in IT governance, security, compliance, and ITIL processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop technical capability across the team.
• Maintain expertise in emerging technologies and identify opportunities for infrastructure enhancement.
