Job summary
Capgemini seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer specialized in Microsoft environments to lead complex technical tasks and manage migrations to Microsoft Entra ID.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Proven experience in user, domain, or Microsoft tenant migration projects
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Exchange Online
- Teams
- SharePoint Online
- PowerShell
- Experience in hybrid on-premise/cloud environments
Responsibilities
- Design and execute migrations of Active Directory on-premise to Microsoft Entra ID
- Participate in consolidation, transformation, or modernization projects of Microsoft platforms
- Advanced administration of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and associated services
- Implement and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Define hybrid identity strategies using Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect
- Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure and identity incidents
- Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in international environments
