Job summary
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Consulting role focuses on delivering impactful solutions for clients through project planning, implementation, and handover. Responsibilities include configuring cloud services, migrating Microsoft 365 environments, deploying virtual servers, and implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions, utilizing technologies such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, and various networking tools.
Qualifications
- Relevant networking, infrastructure and Microsoft qualifications
- Managing Microsoft Azure & Office 365
- Experience with public and private cloud such as AWS and Azure
- Maintaining and updating VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments
- Experience supporting FreePBX, Mitel, Gamma, Skype/Teams VOIP systems
- Experience with MDM, MFA, Email Filtering, firewalls and antivirus solutions
- Installation and configuration of Windows Server
- Troubleshooting SAN devices and iSCSI connectivity
- Experience supporting RDS, RemoteApp and Citrix environments
- Network troubleshooting at 3rd line
- Experience with Windows desktop and mobile device support
