Job summary
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Database Specialist), you will design, deliver, and support database products and solutions in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Oracle Database (19c and above)
- Expertise in database management, performance tuning, and SQL optimisation
- Expertise in provisioning databases on Linux platforms
- Practitioner level knowledge of Cloud infrastructure technologies
- Practitioner level skills in Linux OS and scripting
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain critical database platforms
- Ensure availability and consistent performance of products and services
- Provide effective database management and support
- Manage databases through multiple product lifecycle environments
- Configure and maintain database servers
- Support architects and developers
- Independently analyze, tackle, and correct issues
- Refine and automate regular processes
