Job summary
Rumble is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (DDoS) to enhance network defenses against distributed denial-of-service attacks and ensure the availability of critical internet-facing services.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of networking and security principles
- Hands-on experience with DDoS protection
- Experience with traffic engineering and mitigation techniques
- Ability to interpret network data during incidents
- Proficiency in automation and operational response
Responsibilities
- Design, build, operate, and improve DDoS detection and mitigation infrastructure
- Develop resilient network architectures for critical services
- Analyze network telemetry and traffic patterns to identify attacks
- Implement and maintain mitigation controls
- Collaborate with teams to improve origin protection and incident readiness
- Support capacity planning for attack absorption and operational failover
- Build automation for detection and incident reporting
- Create and maintain runbooks and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation for security incidents
