Job summary
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer role is centered on providing technical leadership for enterprise-scale identity services across on-premises and cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS. Key responsibilities include enhancing identity governance, implementing secure identity solutions, and advancing Zero Trust principles while collaborating with various teams to modernize access management capabilities.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Significant experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) services
- Strong experience of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Practical experience designing and implementing modern authentication and authorisation solutions
- Proven experience implementing and operating Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience applying Zero Trust principles to identity architectures
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise-scale identity services
- Help deliver DWP's Identity strategy
- Work closely with Security, Architecture, DevOps, SRE and supplier teams
- Design and implement secure identity solutions
- Enhance JML processes through automation
- Support privileged access capabilities
