Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra, Defender XDR, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Proficiency with Azure services (Compute, Storage, networking, security).
- Knowledge of identity and access management solutions.
- PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience supporting network infrastructure, including VPNs and Firewalls.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and deliver solutions.
- Experience delivering technical projects in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to professional development.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, support, and improve Microsoft 365, cloud, and infrastructure platforms.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and Microsoft 365 incidents.
- Identify risks and implement improvements for security and performance.
- Lead technical projects from planning to implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
- Contribute to infrastructure standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
