Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- Collaborate with internal teams on IT projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and policies
- Provide End User Support for hardware and software
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
- Administer datacenter and cloud environments
- Configure monitoring and alerting
- Perform and monitor environment backups
