Job summary
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is tasked with designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise infrastructure solutions, utilizing expertise in data center infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing. Responsibilities include leading infrastructure projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing Tier 3 technical support, and driving improvements through automation and standardization.

Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure projects involving hardware deployments, system integration, network architecture, and delivery of enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Sales, Production, and Technical Support teams
- Own technical requirements, feature development, hardware qualification, and platform enhancements
- Develop implementation standards, configuration documentation, and knowledge transfer materials
- Provide Tier 3 technical leadership for complex infrastructure issues
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, process optimization, and mentoring
