Job summary

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will design and build a turnkey on-prem platform for various environments, focusing on reliability, automation, and operational simplicity.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience in backend, systems, or infrastructure development
• Deep hands-on experience with Linux in production environments
• Experience working with containers and Docker
• Practical familiarity with Kubernetes
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible
• Familiarity with API design and contracts
• Focus on reliability, maintainability, and operational quality
• Clear communication and collaborative problem solving

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a production-grade software appliance
• Build reliable install, upgrade, rollback, and recovery workflows
• Create automation and guardrails that simplify operations
• Develop backend services and APIs
• Improve observability, resiliency, and operational safety
• Support air-gapped deployments and offline upgrades
• Collaborate with product, support, and customer-facing teams
• Help shape engineering practices and technical direction
