Job summary
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer helps maintain high availability and service quality across global infrastructure and multiple data center environments. The role coordinates server, storage, networking, and platform operations; oversees hardware installation and maintenance; troubleshoots Linux and Windows systems, RAID, storage, and IPMI/BMC; and improves operational workflows while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications
- Advanced English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Experience diagnosing, replacing, and upgrading server hardware
- Knowledge of data center standards, rack layouts, cabling, power distribution, and remote hands coordination
- Proficiency with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and incident workflows
- Linux administration experience, including command-line operations, scripting, and performance tuning
- Working knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with RAID technologies, disk provisioning, and storage troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or similar relevant experience
- Senior experience in data center operations or infrastructure support is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate infrastructure operations across servers, storage, networking equipment, and platform software
- Perform and oversee rack-and-stack work, hardware installation, and in-cabinet maintenance
- Coordinate remote data center technicians and ensure adherence to operational procedures
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems
- Perform root cause analysis for hardware failures, RAID rebuilds, storage allocation, and disk lifecycle issues
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IPMI/BMC out-of-band management platforms
- Improve operational documentation, workflows, and escalation procedures
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement
