Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technology operations for the London office
• Act as senior local escalation point for complex incidents
• Drive service improvement by analyzing trends
• Lead local technology projects and office initiatives
• Represent local business in EMEA and Global technology programs
• Manage asset, inventory, and lifecycle processes
• Maintain meeting room and collaboration technology readiness
• Partner with business stakeholders and leadership
• Support change and operational readiness activities
• Coach and guide peers and less experienced engineers
• Contribute to vendor and partner performance management
• Communicate technical concepts clearly
• Manage ServiceNow support queues end-to-end
• Utilize data to identify recurring issues
• Reduce incident resolution times
