Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, and telephony
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex issues
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Understanding of networking, routing, and cloud environments
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code tools
• Strong Linux experience and command line competency
• Ability to mentor and support engineers
• Confidence in stakeholder collaboration
• Thoughtful approach to documentation and knowledge sharing
• Adaptable working style with openness to travel
• English language skills; additional languages beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, and telephony work
• Support and improve services across cloud environments and enterprise networking
• Shape telephony solutions for better control and visibility
• Work on technology projects that connect teams
• Drive automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
• Act as a senior troubleshooting partner for complex incidents
• Improve documentation, standards, and disaster recovery practices
• Coach and mentor engineers at various levels
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
