Qualifications
- Typically seven years of experience designing, testing, and deploying complete technology solutions
- Strong infrastructure and systems expertise
- Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience across endpoints, servers, cloud, and networks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure consulting environment
- Valid driver’s license and a vehicle for client and office travel
- Experience with remote teams is desired
- MSP experience supporting multiple clients is a plus
- Experience with PSA tools, ticketing platforms, or RMM tools is a plus
