Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job summary

razorblue is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer responsible for resolving monitoring issues, ensuring optimal performance of core infrastructure, and mentoring Service Desk engineers.

Qualifications

• Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) and Zerto Certified Associate (desirable)
• Backup and Replication using Veeam and Zerto in multi-tenant environments
• Automation and scripting using Ninja, Ansible, Puppet; PowerShell, Python, Bash
• Manage Microsoft Azure & Office 365 including Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manager
• Maintain and update VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments
• Support FreePBX, Mitel, Gamma, Skype/Teams VOIP systems
• Install, configure, and support Active Directory, Exchange Server, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, NPS, IIS, ADFS, ADCS
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot SAN devices; configure iSCSI connectivity
• Support and troubleshoot RDS, RemoteApp, and Citrix environments
• Network troubleshooting at 3rd line; support Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiNet, Draytek, Juniper, Cisco firewalls
• Experience with Windows desktop, application, tablet, and mobile device support
• Effective communication and methodical approach to diagnosis and documentation

Responsibilities

• Resolve monitoring issues for internal infrastructure
• Ensure optimal performance of core infrastructure and hosting platform
• Support Cloud & Infrastructure Team Leader in project delivery
• Mentor and train Service Desk engineers in infrastructure skills
• Act as 3rd/4th line support for clients with complex infrastructure assistance
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems for business continuity
• Work on internal infrastructure platform projects for maintenance, expansion, and upgrades
