Qualifications
- Experience with File/Print Clusters, thin client environments, and messaging systems
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
- Customer service skills and experience in resolving complex issues
Responsibilities
- Evaluate hardware and software for server, network, storage, or desktop environments
- Test deliverables and document results
- Integrate and test new products for programme infrastructure
- Administer and enhance the environment and its supportability
- Provide second line support
- Carry out project tasks to ensure project viability
- Assess time to complete tasks to follow project processes
