Job summary
Acorn is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for hands-on technical support within the IT infrastructure team, focusing on robust and compliant infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ infrastructure experience
- Excellent Active Directory skills
- Experience with various infrastructure disciplines and technologies
- Team supervision or mentoring experience preferred
- High knowledge of Office 365 applications
- Excellent Microsoft Exchange skills
- Experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions
- Experience with auto-deployment and scripting techniques
- Proactive approach to fault identification and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of ITIL
Responsibilities
- Promote technical excellence and quality across the team
- Drive deployment and management of on-premises infrastructure
- Manage aspects of the Azure platform
- Deliver 3rd line support function
- Collaborate with Project, Development, Cloud Platform, and SecOps teams
- Develop disaster recovery plans
- Lead technical evaluation of infrastructure products
- Contribute to technical design of infrastructure solutions
- Remediate vulnerabilities with SecOps engineers
