Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job summary

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer leads an infrastructure and cloud engineering team delivering secure, reliable services for public pension administration. The role designs, implements, and manages Azure and connected cloud infrastructure across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, including identity and access management, networking, storage, compute, and governance. It also uses Terraform, Python, and Microsoft DevOps platforms to support deployment automation, security, architecture governance, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and line manage the infrastructure and cloud engineering team.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across Azure and connected platforms.
• Manage cloud services covering identity and access management, networking, storage, compute, and governance.
• Enable deployments using Terraform and support scripting and software tools, including Python and Microsoft DevOps platforms.
• Contribute to information security, IT change and architecture governance, and compliant service design.
• Own infrastructure issues through mitigation or resolution and identify preventative measures.
