Job summary
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at TOPdesk, you will build and maintain the SaaS Tooling that powers provisioning, management, and configuration for the company's SaaS platform.
Qualifications
- Current, personal practice of AI-native software delivery.
- Strong backend development experience in Python.
- Confident working with SQL on relational databases.
- Solid Linux system administration skills.
- Experience with industry standard orchestration tools.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable working in live, evolving systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive, scalable systems for managing customer environments.
- Orchestrate containerized workloads with Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain the scheduling system for deploying and managing SaaS components.
- Own architecture, performance, and scaling of SaaS Tooling.
- Identify manual, repetitive operational tasks and engineer automation.
- Improve the reliability of critical-path tooling.
- Work closely with Hosting, SRE, DevEx, and Observability teams.
- Participate in L2/L3 support.
- Build and maintain a Virtual Appliance build system.
