The Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Wel*** will design, implement, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services and solutions, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of service delivery
• Lead and manage relationships with third-party suppliers
• Provide technical leadership and service ownership for Microsoft 365
• Own and govern security, compliance, and information governance
• Lead the design, assurance, and optimisation of Microsoft 365
• Act as technical authority for identity and access management
• Design and assure security, resilience, and performance controls
• Oversee service monitoring, availability, and performance
• Lead problem management and root cause analysis
• Set and maintain service standards and documentation
• Provide technical leadership for collaboration services
• Lead the design and operationalisation of Copilot and AI solutions
