Job summary
The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for operating, developing, and optimizing a group-wide infrastructure, with a focus on backup, recovery, and cyber resilience. The role includes managing NetBackup, planning and conducting disaster recovery and restore tests, maintaining central monitoring and Citrix remote access and terminal server environments, and resolving complex technical issues. It also supports international sites and contributes to cross-location infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
- Practical experience designing, operating, and developing enterprise backup and recovery infrastructure
- Strong practical NetBackup experience preferred
- Experience with disaster recovery, restore scenarios, and recovery testing
- Linux operations and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience collaborating with international sites and teams
- Understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, networking, and virtualization
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop solutions independently
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Very good written and spoken English (C1)
Responsibilities
- Operate, develop, and optimize group-wide backup infrastructure, with a focus on cyber resilience
- Maintain and develop backup and recovery solutions, particularly NetBackup
- Plan and conduct disaster recovery and restore tests, then implement improvements
- Provide technical support to international sites
- Operate and develop the central monitoring solution
- Operate and develop Citrix remote access and terminal server environments
- Analyze complex technical incidents and implement lasting fixes
- Contribute to cross-location IT infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, external partners, and vendors
