Job summary

This senior infrastructure role is responsible for operating and improving group-wide IT infrastructure, with a focus on backup, recovery, and cyber resilience across international sites. Key work includes managing NetBackup, planning and conducting disaster recovery and restore tests, and improving central monitoring and Citrix remote access and terminal server environments. The role also investigates complex incidents and contributes to cross-site infrastructure projects.

• Practical experience designing, operating, and improving enterprise backup and recovery infrastructure
• Strong practical NetBackup experience preferred
• Experience with disaster recovery, restore scenarios, and recovery testing
• Linux operations and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience collaborating with international sites and teams
• Understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, networking, and virtualization
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop solutions independently
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• English proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Manage and improve backup and recovery solutions, particularly NetBackup

• Provide technical support to international sites

• Analyze complex technical incidents and implement lasting solutions
• Contribute to cross-site IT infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, external partners, and vendors
