Qualifications
- Proven Wintel systems administration experience
- Proficiency in VMware and Horizon (vCenter/ESXi, vSAN) for installation, patching, and maintenance
- Detailed understanding of network architecture, focusing on Palo Alto firewall and network security technologies
- Understanding and application of cyber security methodologies
- Experience installing, configuring, and supporting network components
- Experience administering On-Premise platforms, including Citrix and thin client technologies
- Ability to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard
Responsibilities
- Support, develop, and deliver IT services
- Resolve infrastructure support issues
- Maintain, manage, and optimize infrastructure performance and availability
- Support IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux platforms
- Design, deploy, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and security systems
- Install, configure, and deploy IT hardware according to hosting requirements
- Investigate and diagnose issues by gathering information from physical and digital sources
- Administer virtualized production environments using industry-standard tools
