Job summary
Dai*** is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure for their internal and externally hosted systems.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012r2 – 2022.
- Familiarity with backup tools like Rubrik and DPM.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Experience with AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Daisy IT infrastructure.
- Design and optimize physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with external networking and support teams.
- Install and configure servers and hardware.
- Research and recommend automated system administration approaches.
- Document server procedures for hardware and software implementation.
- Monitor system availability and integrity.
- Serve as escalation point for support team.
- Mentor junior IT team members.
- Respond to Cyber Security Alerts.
- Participate in project planning and implementation.
