Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Technical Architect
• Extensive experience managing infrastructure in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong operational experience balancing service restoration with technical excellence
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering business value
• Demonstrable experience delivering customer-focused IT services

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational health, availability, performance, and resilience of infrastructure services
• Lead and support incident resolution, problem management, service requests, and change activities
• Deliver proactive lifecycle management and continuous service improvement initiatives
• Drive cyber security vulnerability remediation
• Contribute to design and assurance of complex infrastructure solutions
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and recurring issues
• Provide technical leadership on infrastructure projects
• Assess technical risks and provide recommendations
• Champion Infrastructure-as-Code and automation initiatives
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to infrastructure roadmaps
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Mentor and coach engineers
