Job summary
The Senior IT Platform Engineer is tasked with enhancing internal tooling and enterprise platforms to ensure a secure and efficient environment for a globally distributed workforce. Responsibilities include managing identity and access systems with Okta, administering Google Workspace, overseeing endpoint management through Jamf Pro and Intune, and integrating security solutions like CrowdStrike and Elastic SIEM to maintain operational integrity.

Qualifications
- 3–7 years of professional experience in IT engineering, internal platform engineering or infrastructure
- Deep hands-on experience with Okta
- Strong Google Workspace administration skills
- Experience managing macOS and/or Windows fleets at scale using MDM tools
- Familiarity with at least one SIEM platform and one EDR solution
- Comfortable writing automation scripts and working with APIs
- Solid understanding of network and application security fundamentals
- Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into practical engineering controls
- Strong written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration
- Being cyber security-minded is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Administer and engineer Okta as the central identity provider
- Own Google Workspace administration
- Deploy and operate a centralised LLM gateway
- Manage endpoint fleets via Jamf Pro and Intune
- Integrate and maintain EDR and SIEM for corporate endpoint and SaaS log visibility
- Operate and improve compliance automation tooling
- Manage secrets and credential distribution using HashiCorp Vault
- Administer SaaS platforms at the org level
- Build workflow automations for repetitive IT and security operations
- Maintain documentation, runbooks and internal knowledge-base articles
- Participate in on-call rotation for identity, email and critical SaaS platform incidents
