Job summary

As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPM***, you will leverage your expertise in infrastructure engineering to design, deploy, and manage network solutions while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering and 5+ years experience
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, databases, storage engineering, and automation
• Hands-on experience in Network Engineering with certifications (CCIE, CCNP)
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols
• Knowledge of multiple infrastructure technologies and scripting languages
• Experience with on-premises and remote Data Center technologies
• Experience in various OS and Hypervisor platforms
• Technical knowledge of Cisco ASR Class Routers and Arista
• Experience using AI capabilities in infrastructure engineering workflows

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and systems, anticipate issues, and advise on mitigation actions
• Utilize AI capabilities to analyze infrastructure signals and document mitigation options
• Plan, design, deploy, and configure network solutions for the Wide Area Network
• Provide technical expertise to modernize the Enterprise WAN
• Manage lifecycle of network infrastructure and performance optimization strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
• Ensure compliance with shared responsibility models and security standards
• Execute infrastructure engineering according to business requirements and compliance standards
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted practices to reduce recurring issues
