Senior Lead Platform Engineer - Networking - Accelerator

Job summary

As a Platform Engineer in the Networking Team, you will implement platform-wide strategies and optimize infrastructure for failover and resiliency. Key responsibilities include enhancing operator design, improving observability of networking components, leading troubleshooting of production workloads, and developing secure high-quality production code, utilizing technologies such as Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of public clouds and building cloud environments.
• Expert knowledge of containerisation, Kubernetes, and related tooling.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native and traditional networking architectures.
• Proven experience designing and operating scalable, secure networks in GCP or AWS.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Extensive experience writing and maintaining custom Kubernetes Operators in Golang.
• Capable of writing code for highly automated infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
