Job summary
The Network Engineer designs, builds, maintains, and secures network infrastructure supporting defense and intelligence missions. The role installs and troubleshoots routers, switches, and firewalls; enforces security controls; and monitors network health and traffic to improve visibility through metrics and automated alerts. The environment includes Linux and may use Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Ansible, Nutanix, Rubrik, LibreNMS, and NetBox.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Proficiency installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong working proficiency with Linux operating systems
- Active CCNA or CCNP and CompTIA Security+ certifications
- Experience monitoring network health, analyzing traffic, and maintaining network documentation, policies, and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in a listed or related discipline, or a high school diploma/GED with the experience specified in the description
