Job summary

Lei*** is seeking a Senior Linux Systems Administrator to support mission-critical environments through hands-on Linux administration. The role involves system configuration, automation, security hardening, and troubleshooting of Linux-based infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and ten years of related experience.
• Extensive hands-on Linux systems administration experience, including RHEL.
• Experience administering Linux systems including accounts, patching, and performance monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with automation using Ansible and scripting with Bash or Python.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Linux security hardening and change-control processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot RHEL/Linux systems across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across operating systems and applications.
• Manage Linux system lifecycle activities including account administration, patching, and service configuration.
• Implement and maintain Linux security controls and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation and configuration-management solutions using Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Research and resolve complex technical issues while collaborating with team members.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call support.
