Job summary
Leads large-scale DevOps and engineering transformation programs, advising senior technology leaders and helping organisations develop modern engineering capabilities. The role covers enterprise maturity assessments, operating models, strategic roadmaps, governance, and implementation, alongside multidisciplinary team leadership and coaching. Relevant technologies include Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitLab, SonarQube, and Artifactory.

Qualifications
- Strong consulting capability and deep knowledge of modern engineering practices
Responsibilities
- Advise senior technology leaders on DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering transformation strategies
- Lead enterprise maturity assessments and define future-state operating models
- Develop strategic roadmaps covering people, processes, security, tooling, and governance
- Advise client executives on engineering excellence and technology modernisation
- Shape transformation programs from strategy through implementation
- Lead multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, security, delivery, and change teams
- Establish engineering standards, frameworks, patterns, and governance models
- Support solution development, proposals, pursuits, and client presentations
- Coach and develop future engineering leaders
