Job summary
Leads strategic engineering initiatives and advises senior technology leaders on transforming how organisations build and deliver digital services. The role covers enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps assessments, operating models, transformation roadmaps, reference architectures, and implementation of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud, and automation capabilities. It also involves developing multidisciplinary teams and supporting client proposals and strategic pursuits.

Qualifications
- Australian citizenship
- Experience in enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps transformation
- Experience in platform engineering and cloud modernisation
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code strategies
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or multi-cloud environments
- Experience in technical architecture and engineering governance
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms
- Experience in security automation and secure software delivery
- Experience defining engineering operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders and providing strategic advisory
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing technology teams
Responsibilities
- Advise senior technology stakeholders on DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and engineering transformation strategies
- Lead enterprise-wide assessments and define future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Shape engineering enablement programs spanning people, process, security, governance, and technology
- Define enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps reference architectures, patterns, and standards
- Guide implementation of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud, and automation capabilities
- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, delivery, and security
- Support business growth through solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and strategic pursuits
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
