Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise IT with at least 3+ years managing technical teams

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers
- Own delivery accountability across IT's major programs
- Own delivery relationships with key technology vendors and implementation partners
- Lead programs across Security, GRC, Legal, People, and Finance
- Own the maturation of Oura's enterprise identity program end-to-end
- Apply your technical depth where it has the highest leverage
