Oura is seeking a Senior Manager for IT Platform Engineering to lead a team responsible for enterprise identity, network infrastructure, and endpoint engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IT with at least 3+ years managing technical teams
• Deeply technical career foundation
• Hands-on Okta or modern enterprise IAM proficiency
• Multi-cloud fluency across platforms
• Proven track record building and scaling technical teams
• Vendor and partner management experience
• Cross-functional influence
• Exceptional communicator
• Proficient in agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers
• Own delivery accountability across IT's major programs
• Own delivery relationships with key technology vendors and implementation partners
• Lead programs across Security, GRC, Legal, People, and Finance
• Own the maturation of Oura's enterprise identity program end-to-end
• Apply technical depth where it has the highest leverage
