Qualifications

• Understanding of release engineering practices and change management
• Experience with incident management and reliability engineering
• Experience with pipeline configuration and infrastructure templates
• Ability to assess risk and remain calm under pressure
• Experience with AWS and Azure; OCI exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist in building appropriate level designs
• Collaborate with software engineers to implement deployment and reliability approaches
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for incident management
• Implement infrastructure and configuration as code
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex problems
• Identify patterns in operational signals for reliability risks
• Improve availability, reliability, and scalability of applications
• Recognize roadblocks and propose improvements
