Prove is seeking a Senior Manager of Platform Engineering to lead the Platform Developer Enablement and Site Reliability Engineering teams in Ireland. The role involves overseeing cloud infrastructure design, driving platform maturity, and ensuring system reliability while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years of senior-level experience in Software Engineering, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience with SaaS products in cloud environments
• Technical background in Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Programming skills in Go, Java, or similar
• Expertise in distributed systems design
• Knowledge of observability practices
• Familiarity with database technologies and data processing
• Strong communication skills
