Job summary
The Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and future-proof operation of Microsoft infrastructure, with a focus on developing cloud and identity platforms while reducing hybrid dependencies. Key responsibilities include managing Microsoft Entra ID, Azure services, and Windows Server environments, automating processes with PowerShell, and creating Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud, or identity management at a senior level
- Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Files
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
- Strong PowerShell skills
- Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
- Proven experience in successful technical project implementation
- Ability to analyze and modernize technical architectures
- Structured and solution-oriented work style
- High quality and security standards
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Very good German language skills (B2 level)
Responsibilities
- Administration and development of Microsoft infrastructure
- Management of Microsoft Entra ID and identity solutions
- Development of hybrid identity architectures
- Management of Microsoft Azure Services, especially Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Files
